  • Provide coaching for installation processes specific to mechanical installations, rigging, torque, line handling, and blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Serve as the on‑floor mechanical subject‑matter expert (SME) who enables rapid skills transfer through hands‑on coaching and just‑in‑time mentoring.
  • Participate in root cause investigations for recurring mechanical issues and help implement pragmatic corrective and preventive actions at the workplace level.
