Job Summary
Lead the team by actively preparing meals daily for 32 residents in memory care while also overseeing administrative details.
Ensure that meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
Manage department budget, control costs, order food and supplies, and hire, train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff.
