Job Summary
This role is a senior individual contributor position with significant client-facing responsibility and revenue accountability.
The Vice President will be responsible for the distribution and sales of short-term, investment grade credit products to institutional clients and is expected to independently manage a meaningful client book, generate revenue, and deepen wallet share across existing relationships.
The expected base salary for this role is $225,000, and the position is eligible for RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance and overall business results.
