Job Summary

  • This position provides leadership and guidance to skilled trades personnel while supporting the maintenance leader and planner/scheduler.
  • The role is responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and maintaining LTC utility systems including electrical systems, high purity water, compressed air, steam, and sewer.
  • Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in LTC Utilities and hold a valid driver's license.

Salary

Key Requirements
