The role involves ensuring production work is completed according to department goals, handling employee issues, and performing staff performance reviews.

Key Requirements
4 years CLIA laboratory experience with BS/BA in Medical Technology
5 years CLIA laboratory experience with BS/BA in Physical, Chemical or Biological Sciences
3 years CLIA laboratory experience with Master’s degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences
2 years CLIA laboratory experience with Master’s degree and BS/BA in Medical Technology
Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB/MDx certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB required
