Base: $185,000.00 – $205,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and equity awards included; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid parental leave

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field
  • 8+ years progressive experience in process engineering or operations management
  • 3+ years experience in HR operations or technology implementation
