Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience operating power generation systems
  • Certifications in power plant operations
  • Working knowledge of Maximo
  • Experience managing multiple functional areas
  • Experience developing and managing maintenance programs
  • Experience working on comparable overseas USG contracts
  • Working knowledge of Reliable Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Knowledge of applicable U.S. Codes (NFPA, NEC, API, EPA)
  • Ability to use data-driven metrics
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Knowledge of excellent customer service principles
  • Ability to plan, assign, direct, and review subordinates
  • Experience training local and foreign national employees
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
