  • The Regional Manager will direct and lead Center operations of the assigned Region by establishing and maintaining company goals and standards for performance, growth and world class customer service.
  • The Regional Manager will also provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information to each General Manager, identify potential acquisition and brownfield targets, and source and recruit qualified candidates.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ Years Technical Experience
  • Previous Leadership Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Collision Repair or Estimating Experience
  • Experience with CCC1
  • Ability to Report on Financials
  • Eligible to Work in U.S.
