Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years progressive experience in leading a clinical department
3+ years’ experience in a Director role
Emphasis on Health Care Systems
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion

Demonstrated ability to conduct senior level meetings
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
