Job Summary

  • Serves as point of contact for assigned customers and channel partners, providing back-up to team members and working independently with limited supervision.
  • Handles customer set-ups, pricing quotes, contract proposal generation, and builds gas usage profiles, stepping in for Business Development Managers as needed.
  • Participates in WGL Energy customer/channel partner events, industry conferences, and works with BDMs to maintain pipeline reporting and negotiate terms.
