Salary
Base: $159,800 - $239,800 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described as available

Must-have
10+ years data engineering experience
Cloud platforms AWS Snowflake Databricks
7+ years managing high-performing teams
Designing enterprise ETL ELT pipelines
Building MLOps AI Engineering Operations function
Nice-to-have
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
Experience with MLflow Kubeflow Sagemaker
Deep understanding of AI architecture principles
Curious minds and courageous collaborators
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree required; PhD plus
10+ years technical experience in data or software engineering
7+ years leadership experience managing managers
Proven track record scaling complex enterprise pipelines
