Must-have
AWS infrastructure design and management
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
CI/CD pipeline development with Harness
Container orchestration using ECS and EKS
AWS security and IAM policy implementation
VPC networking and security configuration
Automation and operational excellence
Nice-to-have
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
Certified Kubernetes Administrator or Application Developer
Experience with financial services industry
Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures
Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting
Agile methodologies experience
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering and Chaos Engineering
Key Requirements
15+ years IT infrastructure and cloud engineering experience
8+ years hands-on AWS experience at scale
6+ years cloud architecture and infrastructure design
4+ years Terraform experience
4+ years Harness or similar CI/CD platform experience
Bachelor’s Degree minimum
No hybrid working; full office attendance required
