  • This position is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of assigned Dining and Centers buildings, including food service equipment, custodial equipment, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, inspections, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
  • The role requires interaction with students, faculty, dining, facilities, and other campus staff, emphasizing safe work practices, industry standards, good communication, and accurate record keeping.
  • The position serves specific dining areas and concession areas, backs up another facility, and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime and on-call rotation.
