About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer to oversee and manage all Safety, Health, and Environmental functions for electrical, power, and infrastructure projects in Singapore. This role is suitable for candidates with strong experience in workplace safety, health, and environmental management within construction, infrastructure, electrical, power, rail, or large scale engineering project environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, client specifications, and company procedures, while supporting safe and efficient project delivery across all site activities. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in major rail and infrastructure projects and to contribute to the development of a strong safety culture, effective environmental control, and consistent regulatory compliance on site. Key Responsibilities 1. Safety, Health & Environmental Management Oversee and implement workplace safety, health, and environmental measures at project sites in accordance with statutory requirements, client standards, and company policies. Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, environmental requirements, project specifications, and internal procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Support the project team in maintaining a strong safety culture and proper environmental controls across all work activities. Promote good safety awareness and safe work practices among site personnel, subcontractors, and project teams. 2. Site Inspection, Monitoring & Compliance Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental non compliance issues. Recommend, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address safety and environmental observations.
