Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix) experience
Strong engineering fundamentals
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
Ability to think in systems
Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
