Must-have
15+ years experience in Interior Fit outs
Manage medium to large fitout projects independently
Read complex real estate contracts and drawings
Oversee project financials and gross margins
Lead constructability reviews and risk mitigation
Nice-to-have
Experience with Retail or Commercial F&B industry
