Salary

Base: $17.75-26 per hour; Bonus/Equity: PST Incentive Plan quarterly bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years phlebotomist experience
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Prior leadership experience a plus
