Job Summary

  • You will lead a globally-distributed, market-embedded team that works close to the business – partnering with markets to define learning roadmaps rooted in local priorities, while ensuring alignment with global direction and core content.
  • You will define and embed global delivery standards, enabling local adaptation while maintaining consistency in standards, core frameworks taught, and learner experience.
  • You will own end-to-end learning service delivery readiness across markets – covering scheduling, logistics, facilitator co-ordination, localisation enablement, delivery tracking and operational follow-through.
