The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
Employees must participate in community planning, discharge planning, and the development of activity care plans while maintaining accurate attendance records.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.

Must-have
Participate in planning and conducting activities

Strong communication skills with families and staff

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One-year experience in long term care facility (preferred)
