Base: $95,000.00 – $108,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5 years professional services experience
Supervisory experience managing 4-6 staff
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Yardi or MRI software
Forensic data analysis capabilities
Project management in client services
Knowledge of real estate investment standards
External audit support experience
Key Requirements
CPA and/or CIA certification preferred
SSAE 16/SOC1 or SOX control platform experience

Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience
