Job Summary

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, leading complex transactions and providing expert guidance on data centre facilities, colocation services, hyperscale deployments, and edge computing infrastructure.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders including data centre operators and REITs, hyperscale cloud providers, institutional investors, private equity firms, enterprise clients, telecom carriers, and developers.
• Conduct sophisticated financial analysis including asset valuations, investment return modeling, cash flow projections, and lease economics assessments.
