Job Summary
The TPM Global Process & Product Manager is responsible for shaping and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise Third‑Party Management (TPM) operating model.
This role will lead the design and continuous improvement of global TPM processes while owning the TPM product roadmap and delivery of key enhancements.
Partnering across Procurement, Risk, Legal, Technology, and ERM, you will drive standardization, strengthen compliance, enhance user experience, and enable automation and data‑driven insights across the third‑party lifecycle.
