Capco is seeking a Senior Data Governance professional to lead AI-driven metadata management initiatives within the financial services sector in Bengaluru and Chennai. The ideal candidate will oversee product strategy, functional leadership, and compliance governance while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure effective data management practices
Job Summary
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled metadata management under the CDO’s enterprise data strategy, aligning metadata initiatives with CDO objectives such as data quality, governance, lineage, regulatory compliance, and data democratization.
Serve as the CDO’s point of contact for metadata management with senior stakeholders across the three lines of defense, facilitating workshops to capture regulatory-driven requirements and promoting adoption of metadata practices across business lines.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate metadata discovery, classification, and control monitoring, collaborating with data science and technology teams to validate AI models for regulatory and audit use cases.
