The successful candidate must demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing multi-year CAPEX plans and annual OPEX budgets while balancing client satisfaction with JLL business objectives.
Candidates are required to provide 24/7 standby coverage for emergency responses and lead incident investigations to ensure continuous operational excellence and safety compliance.

5+ years GxP facilities maintenance experience
HVAC engineering expertise in pharmaceutical environments
CAPEX and OPEX budget management with P&L accountability
24/7 emergency response and standby availability
Team leadership and performance management skills
GMP compliance and EHS regulatory knowledge
Root cause analysis and investigation leadership
Nice-to-have
Experience with FDA or cFAD regulatory audits
Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
International company working experience
Advanced HVAC system commissioning skills
Business development and contract renewal support
Multi-site or regional budget oversight experience
Clean room specialist certification
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5-8 years of engineering operations experience
5+ years facilities maintenance in GxP environment
Bizsafe Level 2 certification (mandatory)
Own transportation required for emergency response
