  • Accountable for the overall profit and loss of the unit and is accountable for creating, achieving and reporting annual financial forecasts and business plan goals.
  • Provides overall leadership and direction to team members and fosters the development of management practices and a positive, caring work culture with a focus on continuous improvement in the relationships with customers.
