Job Summary
Support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs across designated countries in the Europe Cluster, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Act as a liaison with benefits vendors, facilitate claims processing, and provide front-line support to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
Manage sickness absence, disability, and death in service processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and sensitivity across all cases.
