Job Summary
Lead and supervise the facility’s warehouse and service team, including millwrights and shipper/receiver personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Conduct safety meetings and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), ensure all team members complete required safety training and certifications, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
