SmarterDx is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency for their New Products team. This fully remote position requires a strategic individual with extensive experience in product operations, particularly in health tech, to drive go-to-market strategies and improve process automation

Job Summary

  • Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap to improve efficiency and alignment with company strategy.
  • Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems, leveraging tools and processes to drive scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operating models that reduce waste and friction across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
