Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Experience developing compliant management systems
  • Managing process documentation libraries
  • Leading process improvement initiatives

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ISO 45001 and 22301
  • Process mapping using UPN or similar
  • Programme delivery knowledge
  • SharePoint, MS Office and Visio skills

Key Requirements

  • UK Citizenship required for SC Clearance
  • ISO 9001, 27001, 20000-1, and 14001 knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives
