  • This role leads McLaren SQD's programme and launch activities for several vehicle programmes as the primary SQD representative.
  • The successful candidate will develop and manage an SQD launch organisation to provide hands-on build support during new model launches.
  • Close cross-functional engagement with Purchasing, Product Development, Manufacturing, and PMO is required to ensure supplier readiness.
