Job Summary

  • As part of the HVAC team in Newcastle, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
  • Your day-to-day will involve providing customer service and information about products, providing quotes both in person and over the phone, undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, helping keep the branch tidy and safe, and making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
