MOH Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Operations Development to facilitate the implementation of community care initiatives across Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the community care sector, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage change effectively

Job Summary

  • Support the Senior Assistant Director to translate AgeWell SG policies and initiatives into operational concepts for ground implementation across 85 sub-regions.
  • Develop and align operational strategies for Integrated Community Care Providers (ICCP) and support the sector's transformation and change management process.
  • Analyse ground feedback to propose policy refinements to AIC and Ministry of Health, and serve as the primary point of contact for ASG related matters.
