Job Summary

• Responsible for processing a range of policy servicing transactions including endorsements, renewal, cancellations, reinstatements and updates to client or policy details.
• Manage servicing requests through policy administration systems and digital workflow platforms by monitoring assigned work queues, system generated tasks and automated transactions.
• Support the delivery of a consistent and positive servicing experience by ensuring requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with service standards.
