Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of key electrical equipment including GIS, Power Transformers, and Protection Systems to ensure schedule and quality compliance.
The position involves direct people management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive risk mitigation to achieve business KPIs on turnkey grid station projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Project Management & Site Management experience
Hands-on experience with HV Grid equipment installation
PMP certification (desirable)
Formal training in installation testing and commissioning
