Job Summary

  • The Managing Partner in our Industry Capabilities practice is responsible for the overall success of an assigned group of deploying and production customers, orchestrating executive relationships and ensuring successful deployment of the Workday solution.
  • This role involves collaborating with internal sales, consulting, and product teams to position additional value, ensure customers consume their Success Plan components, and encourage an effective reference motion.
  • Success is measured on customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, & subscription revenue growth, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 50% of time in the office or field each quarter.
