Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for interpreting quality standards, specifications, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with customer requirements, and for training fellow inspectors on these standards.
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection and testing as required by Work Instructions, drawings, and PO's, including high-requirement and serialized parts.
  • Assist with quality functions of high-level customer programs, including source inspection and portal use, and assist manufacturing departments in implementing quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.

Key Requirements

  • Two years of inspection experience
  • Proficiency in AS9102 FAIR
  • Proficiency in GD&T
  • Ability to read and understand Blueprint/Engineering drawings
  • Computer proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office
  • Program Polyworks or equivalent software
