  • As a Senior Application Engineer for 3M’s Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division, you will support the adoption of 3M bonding solutions across industrial and transportation markets, with a strong focus on automotive interior applications.
  • You will work closely with Sales, customers, and internal technical teams to develop, validate, and implement adhesive and tape solutions that meet customer design and manufacturing needs.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and validation requirements
  • Experience with laboratory testing and material performance evaluation
