The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene while maintaining confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC system usage
Adherence to blood/body fluid exposure policies
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills with residents
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
