Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading electrical engineering teams
  • Experience with grid-scale or industrial power systems
  • Experience with high-power systems at MW scale (208V through 34.5kV+)
  • System architecture experience (substation design, transformer/bus/breaker sizing)
  • Experience with power electronics (100kW+)
  • Familiarity with field construction, commissioning, and site integration
  • Familiarity with design and simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, PSCAD)
  • Experience testing, qualifying, and troubleshooting high-power electrical systems
