Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading electrical engineering teams
Experience with grid-scale or industrial power systems
Experience with high-power systems at MW scale (208V through 34.5kV+)
System architecture experience (substation design, transformer/bus/breaker sizing)
Experience with power electronics (100kW+)
Familiarity with field construction, commissioning, and site integration
Familiarity with design and simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, PSCAD)
Experience testing, qualifying, and troubleshooting high-power electrical systems
