Job Summary
The Trainers are responsible for the global rollout, onboarding, and sustained adoption of RX’s new customer segmentation platform (CDP).
Deliver go-live training for each Business Unit as they onboard to the CDP, including segmentation skills, behavioral targeting, and data governance best practices.
Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and playbooks, capturing feedback to improve content and delivery for ongoing Marketing and Data operating models.
