Key Requirements

  • Must hold Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
  • Must possess Able Seafarer – Engine Rating Forming Part of an Engineering Watch endorsement
  • Must possess Qualified Member of the Engine Department endorsement
  • Must have valid U.S. Passport
  • Must obtain Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
  • No sponsorship available for employment authorization
