Lead the execution of our UK Residency program, identifying and sourcing breakthrough research concepts, recruiting founding teams, and launching new Focused Research Organizations (FROs).
Manage the UK office and hiring, helping to build operational foundations and support recruitment for Convergent's growing UK team.
Serve as Convergent's primary point of contact for ARIA, managing the relationship strategically and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
