Job Summary

• The Technical Field Advisor is the on-site technical specialist supporting the installation and commissioning of hydroelectric power projects, ensuring mechanical and overall works are executed in accordance with design, technical standards, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• This role is crucial to ensure that site works are completed safely, at the required quality standards, on time and within budget, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Primary responsibilities include ensuring EHS compliance, leading and directing labour teams, monitoring critical installation processes, and acting as the site technical point of contact for various stakeholders.
