Job Summary
This position is to employ a non-attorney legal professional (paralegal) to assist the staff attorneys and the Special Deputy Attorney General in the Special Prosecutions and Law Enforcement Section of the Attorney General’s office.
This position must function at the highest level of the paraprofessionals in the office by independently conducting a wide variety of legal research projects and organizational tasks which vary as required by the demands of the litigation.
The North Carolina Department of Justice, led by the Attorney General of North Carolina, represents the state, state agencies, and elected officials, and defends the rights of the people of North Carolina.
