Job Summary

  • You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
  • Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
  • Lead the commercial and execution strategy for Global Accounts in Puerto Rico, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, distribution, and market share objectives, in alignment with Mondelez’s global and regional guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
