Key Requirements
Experience in service design, digital infrastructure transformation or ITSM governance
Solid functional understanding of Hosting services
Solid functional understanding of Identity & Access Management
Solid functional understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and controls
Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
Ability to work across organisational, cultural and geographical boundaries
