Job Summary

  • Perform routine QC and downstream analyses following established work instructions for production analyses.
  • Communicate progress, results, concerns, and/or troubleshooting to lab staff, project managers, and/or clients.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or Biology
  • 2 or more years professional experience in Bioinformatics
  • 2 or more years’ Bioinformatics experience on NGS assays
  • 2 or more years’ experience scientific programming Python/R
  • 2 or more years’ experience analysis pipeline development
  • 2 or more years’ experience statistical analysis
  • 2 or more years’ experience *nix command line Bash
