Job Summary

  • The City of Aurora Water Utility Worker performs manual labor duties and will assist with routine maintenance and repair functions for one of the multiple divisions within the Aurora Water Department.
  • This position focuses on repair and maintenance on waterline street valves, pressure control valves, air relief valves, fire hydrants, and the potable, raw water and reuse delivery systems.
  • The City of Aurora is pleased to offer Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training, an annual bonus for CDL holders, and additional advancement opportunities through Career Progressions and Promotions.
