The successful candidate will lead a team of SMEs and drive readiness activities, data integration preparation, design preparation, testing, training and change enablement.
This is a leadership position suited for someone who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments and can lead teams through ambiguity, resistance and transformation fatigue — while keeping business continuity and go-live quality as top priorities.
