Job Summary
The Country Head of Commercial & Strategy will drive Agoda’s aggressive growth strategy in China, leading and managing local team while working with multiple stakeholders at Agoda and in the travel industry in the region.
This role offers direct exposure to Agoda global SLT and includes responsibilities such as setting strategic objectives, leading and coaching teams, managing operational efficiencies, building hotel group relationships, and driving an innovation hub.
Key responsibilities include leading a larger team across different offices in China, scaling innovative products, developing strategy in conjunction with Agoda HQ, identifying data-driven opportunities, and owning relationships with key decision makers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required
7 years plus business development experience
